DELIVERY POLICY
At ALIAS, all orders are processed under defined handling protocols to ensure consistency and reliability. The following outlines the operational framework for shipping and fulfilment.
01 — SHIPPING & FULFILMENT
◼ Orders are processed within 1–3 business days following confirmation.
◼ A tracking link will be issued upon dispatch.
◼ Delivery timelines presented at checkout are indicative only and may vary due to destination, carrier performance, customs processes, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.
◼ Orders submitted with incomplete or inaccurate address details may result in delays or failed delivery. Accuracy of information provided at checkout is the customer’s responsibility.
02 — DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
◼ Shipping is available for both domestic and international destinations.
◼ Rates and estimated delivery timelines are calculated and displayed at checkout.
◼ For international shipments, all duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination authority are the sole responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise. Such charges are non-refundable.
◼ 02.1 COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING. Complimentary shipping is applied automatically when order values meet regional thresholds, as defined below.
– Europe, United Kingdom, USA & Canada, Oceania: Orders exceeding 200 USD qualify.
– Malaysia & South East Asia: Orders exceeding 150 USD qualify.
Shipping thresholds are subject to revision without prior notice and will be reflected at checkout where applicable.
03 — ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Orders enter processing shortly after confirmation. Requests for modification or cancellation must be submitted immediately via the Contact form. Once an order has been transmitted to fulfilment or carrier systems, changes may not be possible.
04 — DELAYS, FAILED DELIVERY & RETURNS TO SENDER
◼ Delays arising from courier operations, customs processing, or external conditions are outside our control and do not constitute grounds for cancellation or liability.
◼ Where a shipment is delayed or unaccounted for, an inquiry may be initiated upon request using the provided order number.
◼ Parcels returned due to incorrect address details, failed delivery attempts, or non-collection may be:
- reshipped (additional charges may apply), or
- refunded excluding original shipping fees and any applicable return or handling charges.
05 — PRE-ORDERS & MADE-TO-ORDER
Items designated as pre-order or made-to-order follow timelines specified on the product page or at checkout. Orders containing such items may be held and shipped together once all items are available, unless otherwise specified.
