RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
At ALIAS, all products are subject to defined quality standards. The following outlines the conditions governing returns, exchanges, and refunds.
01 — RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery (based on carrier confirmation), subject to the following conditions:
◼ Items must remain unworn and unwashed
◼ Original tags and packaging must be intact
◼ Items must be free from odour, stains, or damage
Return requests must be submitted via the Contact form with the order number and stated reason. Approved requests will be issued return instructions.
◼ Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is verified as defective or incorrect.
◼ A trackable shipping method is required. Responsibility for the item remains with the customer until received and inspected.
Exchanges: Subject to stock availability. Where unavailable, a refund will be processed upon approval.
02 — NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless defective:
◼ Undergarments
◼ Socks
◼ Discounted or clearance items
◼ Items marked “Final Sale”
◼ Gift cards or digital products
03 — REFUNDS
◼ Returned items are inspected within 2–5 business days of receipt.
◼ Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
◼ Processing times vary depending on the payment provider.
◼ Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified error or defect.
Partial refunds or rejection: Items that do not meet the stated conditions may be rejected or subject to partial refund at our discretion.
04 — FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Claims for defective or incorrect items must be submitted within 3 days of delivery and include:
◼ Order number
◼ Supporting images of the item and packaging
Verified claims will be resolved through replacement, refund, or alternative remedy, subject to availability.
05 — BUNDLES & PROMOTIONS
Items purchased as part of a bundle or promotion must be returned in full. Partial returns may result in adjustment of the promotional value and corresponding refund.
06 — PACKAGING & CONDITION
Returned items must be secured in original packaging and placed within a protective outer carton. Returns received in compromised condition due to inadequate packaging may be declined.
